Booking policy

1. Online Booking with deposit system

We don't take reservation by Email but by Online self booking system or walk in, call.

Especially for online reservation is run with deposit system (5 EURO per 1 Guest) due to frequent cancellations and no-shows, which severely affect our small restaurant business, we ask for your understanding regarding our online booking deposit system. No worries though! If you show up or cancel at least one day before your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund.

 

2. Limited time
All bookings have a limited duration. 1hr & 30 min (2prs) and  1 hr & 45 min (3~4prs), 2 hrs (4~6prs)

3. Late or No show

We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes after your reservation time. After 15 minutes, we will consider your reservation as a no-show. unless we hear from you. (+49 30 49907172).

4. Maximum group 6 Guests

Please understand that our maximum group reservation is max. 6 people due to our small space limits.​
